Who we are
GoGlobally is a travel business operated by GoGlobally Holidays Private Limited, selling holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel stays and bus tickets to travellers in India and abroad. We are based at 2nd Floor, MG Road, Bengaluru 560001.
We work in two ways, and it is worth knowing which one you are in:
- Our own tour packages. We put the itinerary together, contract the hotels and transport, and we are the ones accountable for what happens on the trip.
- Flights, hotels and bus tickets booked through our site. Here the airline, hotel or bus operator provides the service and sets its own rules. We arrange the booking, take the payment and support you through it — but the fare rules, the baggage allowance and the hotel's own policies are theirs, and we pass them on to you as they stand.
What we actually do
- Plan and operate group and private tours across India and overseas
- Book flights, hotels and intercity buses
- Arrange visas, travel insurance and foreign exchange through licensed partners
- Handle the things that go wrong mid-trip — the missed connection, the hotel that lost a booking, the itinerary that needs re-cutting at 11pm
