We keep this website as accurate as we can. We do not warrant that every detail on it is correct, complete or current, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm a booking in writing.
Specifically:
- Prices and availability change constantly and are confirmed only at the moment of booking. A price displayed, cached or screenshotted does not bind us if it was wrong or has moved.
- Itineraries describe what we intend to operate. Weather, road conditions, traffic, local permissions, monument closures and flight rescheduling all force changes on the ground, and a tour manager may re-order or substitute to protect the rest of the trip.
- Photographs are representative of the destination or hotel category. Your actual room is the category you booked, not necessarily the room in the picture.
- Hotel star ratings follow local convention in the destination. A four-star hotel in one country is not the same room as a four-star hotel in another.
- Flight timings belong to the airline and change without reference to us.
- Reviews and ratings are the opinions of the travellers who wrote them, not statements by us.
Third-party suppliers
Flights, hotels, buses, transfers, cruises, activities, insurance and visa processing are provided by independent businesses under their own terms. We arrange them; we do not operate them. We are not liable for their acts or omissions — see section 10 of the Terms and Conditions.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — an airline's web check-in, an embassy's visa portal, a weather service — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its handling of your data.
Travel risk
Travel carries risk, and some of what we sell carries more of it: trekking, rafting, diving, skiing, high-altitude travel, wildlife safari. You take part at your own risk and must tell us honestly about any medical condition that is relevant. Follow the operator's safety instructions. Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation cover for high-altitude or adventure travel, is a condition of travelling on several of our itineraries and is a good idea on all of them.
Health, visa and safety advice
Any advice we give about visas, vaccinations or safety is given in good faith from the information available to us. It is not a substitute for checking with the relevant embassy, your doctor and your government's current travel advisory. Entry rules change without notice and are enforced by officials who have never heard of us.

Conversions shown are indicative. The rate that applies is your bank's or the authorised dealer's on the day of the transaction.
