The content of this website — the text, itineraries, descriptions, pricing structures, photographs, illustrations, video, logos, the layout and the underlying code — is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by international copyright law.
"GoGlobally" and our logo are our trademarks. Other names, logos and marks on this site belong to their respective owners — an airline, a hotel group, a payment network — and appear only to identify that supplier's service. Their appearance here does not imply any endorsement of us by them.
What you may do
- Read, print and save pages for your personal, non-commercial use
- Print your own booking confirmations, vouchers and invoices
- Quote a short extract with a visible credit and a working link back to the page
- Share a link to any page on this site anywhere you like
What you may not do
- Copy, republish or mirror our itineraries, descriptions or photographs, in whole or in part, on another website, in a brochure, or in a PDF — including with the wording altered
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract our prices, availability or content, by any automated means
- Use our name, logo or content in advertising, in a domain name, in a social media handle, or in a way that suggests you are us or are authorised by us
- Remove or alter a copyright notice, watermark or credit
- Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the software that runs this site
Permission for anything outside the first list has to be in writing from us. Ask: hello@goglobally.local.
Photographs
Some photographs are licensed to us from stock libraries and photographers for use on this website only. That licence does not extend to you, so a picture here cannot be re-used even with a credit.
If we have infringed your rights
We take this seriously and we would rather hear from you than from your lawyer. Write to hello@goglobally.local with:
- What you own, and where it appears on our site — the exact URL
- Evidence that you own it, or are authorised to act for whoever does
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised
- Your signature, electronic or physical
We will acknowledge within 2 working days, remove or disable the material while we look into it, and tell you the outcome. Our grievance officer handles these — see the Grievance Redressal page.
If somebody has infringed ours
Tell us at the same address and we will act on it.
