1. What this document is
These terms govern your use of http://localhost:3000 and every booking you make through it. By booking, you accept them on behalf of everyone named in that booking — so please read them, and tell your fellow travellers what they say.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "GoGlobally" mean GoGlobally Holidays Private Limited. "You" means the person making the booking and everyone travelling under it.
2. We sell two different things
This distinction decides who is responsible when something goes wrong, so it comes first.
Our own tour packages. We assemble the itinerary and contract the suppliers. We are your counterparty and we are accountable for delivering what the itinerary promises.
Third-party travel services — flights, hotel rooms, bus seats, transfers, insurance, visas. Here we act as an agent. The airline, hotel, operator or insurer is the service provider; its own conditions of carriage, tariff rules and house policies apply to your booking and generally override anything more generous we might say. We will always show you the relevant rules before you pay.
3. Booking and confirmation
- A booking exists only when we have confirmed it in writing — by email or in your account — AND the payment due at that stage has cleared. A request on the website, a quote, a held seat or a screenshot of a search result is not a confirmed booking.
- Prices shown on the website are live but not guaranteed until confirmation. Airline fares, hotel rates and currency rates change minute to minute, and a fare can be gone between the search and the payment. If that happens we will tell you the new price and you may accept it or have your money back in full.
- Every traveller's name must match their government photo ID exactly, and their passport exactly for international travel. Airlines charge for corrections and many do not allow them at all. A name mismatch that causes a denied boarding is not refundable by us.
- You are responsible for checking the confirmation when it arrives. Tell us within 24 hours if anything on it is wrong.
4. Prices, taxes and what is not included
- Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and include GST at the applicable rate.
- Unless the inclusions say so, a package price does not include airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, tips, laundry, telephone calls, à la carte meals, anything described as "optional", or any cost arising from a delay outside our control.
- Prices are per person on twin-share occupancy unless stated. A single traveller pays a single-occupancy supplement.
- A price can change after booking only for a reason outside our control — a government tax change, a fuel surcharge, a currency movement beyond 3%, or a supplier-imposed increase. We will show you the arithmetic. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total you may cancel within 7 days and be refunded in full without penalty.
5. Payment
- Packages: a booking deposit at confirmation and the balance by the date stated on the invoice, normally 30 days before departure.
- Flights, hotels and bus tickets: paid in full at booking, because that is when the supplier charges us.
- We accept cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfer through our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number — see the Privacy Policy.
- If a balance is not paid by its due date we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation charges in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Passports, visas, permits and health
Entry requirements are yours to meet, and getting them wrong is the single most common reason a trip does not happen.
- Your passport must normally be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, with enough blank pages.
- A visa we help you apply for is still granted or refused by that country's government, on its own timetable. We charge for the service of applying, not for the outcome. A refusal is not our failure and does not entitle you to a refund of the travel arrangements.
- Inner Line Permits, protected-area permits and e-permits for domestic regions are your responsibility where the itinerary says so.
- Vaccination and health requirements change. Check them for every country on your route, including transit stops.
7. Changes and cancellations
Your rights and the charges that apply are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may also have to change a booking. If we make a significant change before departure — a change of departure date, a reduction in duration, a downgrade in the standard of accommodation for most of the trip, or a change of destination — you may accept it, take an alternative of equivalent standard, or cancel and be refunded in full. Minor changes, including a change of hotel to one of the same standard or a re-ordering of sightseeing days, do not carry that right.
8. If a trip cannot go ahead at all
Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control: war, civil unrest, terrorism, a government order, a border closure, an epidemic, an earthquake, a flood, a landslide, a cyclone, an airport shutdown, a strike, or an airline ceasing to operate.
Where that happens we will recover whatever a supplier is willing to return and pass it to you after deducting what we have irrecoverably paid out and our documented service cost. We cannot refund money a supplier keeps. This is also exactly what travel insurance is for, which is why we ask every traveller to buy it.
9. How you must behave on a trip
We may remove a traveller from a tour, without a refund and at their own onward cost, if their conduct endangers others, is unlawful, or persistently spoils the trip for the rest of the group. Tour managers decide this on the ground and their decision stands. You are liable for damage you cause to a hotel room, a vehicle or a third party's property.
10. What we are liable for, and what we are not
- We are liable for failing to arrange a service we agreed to arrange, with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of an independent supplier — an airline's delay or cancellation, a hotel's overbooking, a bus operator's breakdown, a strike at an airport.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: a missed meeting, a lost business opportunity, a non-refundable booking you made elsewhere around our dates.
- Where we are liable, our liability for any booking is capped at the total amount you paid us for it, except where law does not permit such a cap.
- Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, for scraping our prices, or for bookings that are never paid for.
12. Our content
The text, photographs, itineraries, prices and design on this website belong to us or our licensors — see the Copyright and Trademark Notice.
13. Complaints
Tell us while you are still on the trip. A hotel that can move your room tonight cannot do anything about it a month later, and a supplier will rarely accept a claim that was never raised at the time. If it is not resolved on the ground, write to hello@goglobally.local within 30 days of returning, with your booking reference and whatever photographs or receipts you have. Our full process is on the Grievance Redressal page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection right you have to bring a complaint where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you booked, and we keep the effective date at the top of this page so you can tell. We will not apply a change retroactively to a booking already confirmed.
